Containerised Steam Boilers for sale

Uk Boilers have recently put two 1000kg per hour steam boilers into 20-foot shipping containers. Thus creating plug-and-play containerised Steam Boilers for sale. These fully equipped, packaged units are ready to ship. They can be configured to work on oil or gas or utilised with a dual-fuel burner.

UK Boilers, a trading arm of J&U Services Limited, has built two of these units complete with control panels, blowdown vessels, expansion, and related peripherals we also have the appropriate burners in stock to meet your preference on the fuel source.

Experienced engineers

Our team has decades of steam experience between them and is highly skilled in putting boilers in boxes! Whether GRP paneled boxes, in a horsebox style trailer, or as in the case of these steamers, 20-foot shipping containers. See the image below.

We have designed these two units to work in tandem with each other but they will operate as standalone units. They are designed to operate at 12 bar working pressure.

UKboilers are happy to put whatever size boiler you require in a container. The two 1000kg (2200 lbs for those that work in lbs) per hour steam units are built and ready to ship. However, we can tailor the unit to your preference. We can put traditional shell and tube hot water boilers into a container. Or if you prefer, several smaller wall-hung, modular units.

The units featured are brand-new containers (we can also provide used containers if aesthetics are less critical and, therefore more cost-effective). The Steamer, the FBR burner, and the associated peripherals look fantastic if we do say ourselves.
